Genealogy of the Musick Family and Some Kindred Lines was written by Egbert S. Musick in 1978. His focus was on the early Musick family in Virginia. Much of his work, as we understand it, involved interviewing family members. The later work by the Musick Family Association, Musicks Across America (2016), improves and corrects items in the book using recent research tools now available. This book was contributed by Michael Dye of Virginia.
